Entropy Updated to 020, 127 likes, Entropy Server Release

REVENGE 2 Now in Technic Launcher, 127 Mods!
I finally now have Revenge 2 in the Technic Launcher in conjunction with a mod pack update to 127 mods that all work together! The server was also updated at Aegis to the new version 2.3.1 as well and there are bug fixes.
After we have done a little more stability testing, I will release the finished Revenge 2 server to the public. With this server you will be able to host a protected environment for players that is stable under pressure from players and safe from modded items like IC2 lasers, BC quarries and more. Unlike Minecraft 1.4.7 servers, you will be able to block ALL of the modded content.

ENTROPY RELEASE, NEW MAP
entropy version 014 is released to the Technic Launcher. There are quite a few mod updates as well as a new spaceship spawn (pictured below) and map at Aegis Gaming.
The new map will launch May 24th and the server is hard-coded into the client for ease of connection. I will be releasing the server software for entropy soon as well, once we do some more testing on the Aegis server.

ENTROPY Updating to Minecraft 1.5.2, Coming BETA/Server Release
UPDATE May 17th: entropy 013 promoted to Technic Launcher and Aegis Server.
Our staff at Aegis, a non-profit gaming community, has been busy preparing for the new entropy launch on Minecraft 1.5.2 code, new features and balanced server-play.
This will involve an eventual map wipe and will take entropy to BETA status. We want to get a decent player-base going and Technic is a good avenue to bring players in from.
If you want to play entropy before the new server launch, download it from the Technic launcher (and please +1 the pack up to give exposure, get more players. ** you need to register on Technic to vote, but gives access to their forums and bug reporting)
I will also be releasing a public server download for entropy in conjunction with open beta.
Dev_ill’s Adventure – Technic client and downloadable server
My son has been asking me to help him make a mod pack for a few months now. We talk about the mods that should go into a fun adventure pack, such as which magic mods and what world generation mods to use.
With Dev_ill’s Adventure I think that we have made a rather sturdy mod pack that has a lot of features and fun, rewarding exploration, tinkering and magical research. The server is also contained by default in the client download so that you can get a server up within minutes. Just follow the readme and within a few minutes your friends can be playing Dev_ill’s Adventure with you. This mod pack is for kids of all ages, but don’t expect it to be easy. Dynamic lights allow you to carry a torch around in your hand to illuminate the dark. The default texture pack is animated so you will see waving leaves, grass, crops, fire, blinking animals and more.

entropy 008 in Aegis Launcher – server online
I released an updated entropy client in the Aegis Launcher, which works on Windows, MacOS and Linux. The server is online and there are many bug fixes for recipes and performance issues.
There is waving wheat, leaves, torch flames and all kinds of animated eye-candy. Even though there is better graphics than before, the performance has also improved at the same time.
entropy hardcore block physics and construction
A new version of entropy has been promoted to the Aegis Launcher as standard version. There are many changes and it is not backwards compatible with the previous version (sorry I am in alpha testing and will be changing entropy somewhat over time). Also- I have a new server up and the IP is hardcoded into the client. It is a real meat grinder so beware.
** UPDATE 4/13- working on getting my mod packs into Technic Launcher and getting new server versions out. Revenge 2 on MCPC+ (bukkit) with Zepplins/Trains and updated mods.
